I recently converted my game to the new Dynamic Lighting (somewhat reluctantly) and still having problems with it. The Aaron helped me out with some issues but there are still a few. One that came up last night and is problematic for me is that as the DM, while viewing the screen, I see some lighting effects from the various tokens. As far as I can tell, I'm seeing light/shadows to show what those players are able to see with their darkvision or light. The combined effect creates an area that is so light, that the tokens appear "washed out" and I can barely see the tokens. Here's an example: The characters in that one long hallway with stairs all have darkvision, nocturnal effect, and the tint is set to "#f0f0f0". None are emitting light. So when they are all together like that, in one hallway or room, it's a bright light effect for me (not for them) and I can barely see some of the tokens. Now, look what happens when I move a token that has a torch into the middle of the group of tokens with only darkvision. It actually dims the effect of the darkvision, allowing me to see all the tokens clearly: If anyone has ideas on how to make it work so that I can see the tokens, that would be appreciated. For me, as the DM, I would much prefer it if none of the tokens showed any light or shadow or anything on the screen unless I'm using CTRL-L to see the "player view". I've tried fiddling with the brightness levels but that doesn't help. Thanks.
