My name is JT and I operate Legacy Ark Games which, in addition to
being a pair of channels I use to showcase games accessible to the
disabled/chronically ill (of which I am one), is also the long time
label for my professional GMing business. It was the case in the
past that I ran multiple curated games for players of all kinds, but
most of all, for those who want an open experience where their choices
and the course of role-play shapes their adventure and the world. It's a custom tailored experience every time. If I run a
module, there are no rails. A player can do as they please and if that
changes the entire prewritten story, I'll make a new branch and even assemble new maps and other materials to
address the fact. I interweave my players' actions and backstories into the
campaign as much as is possible so as to really make you feel like a
part of the world and what's going on. Each group is on the
small side (five players, give or take one) so as to provide all with a
chance to shine and specialize in their own niche. Waiting hand
and foot on my players is a lot of work and commands a higher price tag,
but it ultimately gives you a long term or even ongoing campaign
experience truly molded to suit you as a group and as individual
clients. It's very important to me that everyone loves what they're
playing and the experience they're having. That, to me, is a curated
gaming experience. I keep my groups few in number so that I can maintain
the promised level of quality. My focus has been directed until
recently more toward my channels and some other projects I've worked on,
but recently, the discovery of my father having stage 4 cancer and a
very difficult recovery ahead from major surgery (we're only at the
start) has amped up my anxiety. I've decided to cope with it, and to
help my household at the same time, as he was the breadwinner with both
mom and I being physically disabled. GMing is what I can do, and in my
humblest of opinions, I think I manage to run a great campaign if I have
a group as interested in the story as they are in the mechanics. This
will be a welcome distraction, and the funds will also go to helping the
household for so long as my father is out of work. Would you
be interested in a curated campaign using a module of your group's
choice, or perhaps a homebrew world? I keep the content of my games work
safe but am willing to collaborate with you and yours to otherwise
create the ideal experience for you! As to my streaming channels, please
don't be concerned with those. I've streamed D&D campaigns on them
before in order to show disabled/chronically ill gamers how viable VTT
is as a gaming option, but it's not a regular practice of my business,
and I never stream without the permission of every person at the table regardless. As
to myself, I live in Florida and am 36 years of age. My entire life has
been about gaming and writing, with the earliest books I ever collected
being those I found on the shelves and in the boxed campaign settings
of AD&D 2E. Ever since, tabletop gaming has remained a consistent
hobby of mine, as has telling a great story verbally and through the
written word. I was a voice actor when I was younger, before physical
disability, and I now put a lot of effort into advocating for
accessibility in gaming for the disabled. I'm very friendly, I will
honor the rules without being overly rules lawyery, and I'm welcoming of
creativity in character ideas and in play so long as nothing flies in
the face of the adventure's premise. It's all about you guys for me! If
you're paying a premium price, you deserve the best premium experience I
can provide, even if that means going out of my way to purchase
unplanned assets to make it happen. Games are available, unless
something should change, from 8pm-11pm/12am EST (group preference
depending on the conclusion time) every day of the week save for Fridays
and Sundays. If you're interested, please do feel free to
reach me via private message or using a Discord DM, my ID being Legacy
Ark Games#0725 (you may have to request friend status first). Thank you!
