Adding game module - position in queue increasing

I have been trying to add a module to a new game and i am getting the following message. This game is currently at position number  603  in line, waiting for module  Empire of the Ghouls Module  to be added to the game. This process could take several minutes. You do not need to manually refresh this page. A notification will automatically appear once this process finishes. This process has been running for 6 hours and the position in the queue is increasing rather than decreasing. This means i cannot access the new content that i purchased today.

I'm getting the same issue. Came to see if I was the only one. It's been processing for hours for me as well. 

Same here for Dragon of Icespire Peak Essential Kit. The number is counting upwards instead of downward. Started at 525 and am up to 722. This game is currently at position number 722 in line, waiting for module Essentials Kit Adventure to be added to the game. This process could take several minutes. Same here for Curse of Strahd! Started 300 now at 800

Same here with Fiasco.started at 782 and now 970! will I ever get to play?

Thank you for letting us know! The problem should be resolved (or resolving), if you're still having troubles please try restarting the game creation process but otherwise it should resolve automatically.

Bought Dungeon of the Mad Mage just now. Tried to create a campaign with it. Issue persists. 

Looks to also affect updating dynamic lighting. :(

I'm having the issue with the Explorer's Guide to Wildemount. It's just been going up.

Having the same issue with Tomb of Annihilation module

It says " try restarting the game creation process but otherwise it should resolve automatically," but it still says 249 and climbing i want to run Tomb of Annihilation for my players tonight and cant, so don't bother restarting anything because it'll just put you in the same place as before.

Yeah I tried restarting as well and it gave me the same position in queue.

Well at least it didn't get worse! I'm waiting on trying to restart in hopes that it puts less strain on the servers but who knows if that actually matters.

 Just purchased the Curse of Strahd module and I am having the same issue. I started at 250 and now am 437, restarting put me at 439... Got the game later today and do not have time for this. This is my first time using roll20 and not impressed atm, esp if people have been waiting for 6 hours :( Tried using both chrome and safari. no luck.

My game is currently at position number 669 in line.... 670 in line.... 672... First time in 3 years I experience this copying games.

I’m getting the same issue. Added Hoard of the Dragon Queen and the queue timer continues to increase. 

Hey all -- would you mind letting me know if you're still experiencing trouble? We've restarted the queue so it should be hopefully be all cleared up.
