I know the Tome of Beasts is an older book, but I found an error with Scorpion, Stygian Fat-Tailed. The sting doesn't include the 6d6 poison damage that is in the book v3.Not sure if this is posted in the correct place or how to tag it to someone that may know how to fix it. Sting: Melee Weapon Attack : +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., One Target. Hit : 1 Piercing damage. The
target is Poisoned until it completes a short or Long Rest . A
successful DC 10 Constitution saving
throw reduces the poison
damage to half and
prevents the Poisoned
condition. If the target
fails this saving throw
while already Poisoned ,
it gains one level of
Exhaustion in addition to
the other Effects .
The Clockwork Beetle also has the wrong damage. It shows the Swarm damage on the single beetle. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack:
+5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: (5d6) piercing damage plus (1d6)poison damage.
It should be Bite . Melee Weapon Attack : +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage plus 5 (2d4) poison damage, or one-half poison damage with a successful DC 10 Constitution saving throw.
