Odd Behaviour with Handouts

Whenever I create a handout it is automatically shown to players.  When I open it the Show to Players button is not visible and there is only an Edit button.  After I've opened a handout once I cannot open it again without relogging into the game.

Do you have any browser extensions that interact with Roll20?  I'm not seeing any of this behavior in my games.
Interesting.  Perhaps its something about the game then - like I've hit a limit on something.  But to answer your question nope all extensions disabled and same behaviour in FireFox.  All recommended steps followed (clearing cache etc) with no result. Ok so I created a new game and handouts are normal in that game but still busted in the other one.

I'm not sure there is a limit...  My base game (of an unsupported system) that I copy when I start a new campaign has over 1400 archived handouts plus the ones actually visible in the folder tree.  Are you using any api scripts that interact with handouts?  I'm not sure what else to suggest trying... You might try making a copy of the problem game and see if the behavior is different in the copy.  If that doesn't work, then you should probably submit a ticket through the Help Center ("Send a Request" in the upper right corner) with all this info and the name of the game affected.  Hopefully there is something they can straighten out on the back end.
Thanks for your help!  I'm not using any APIs and nothing exceptional - I have a pile of tokens and maps but I'm sure that's normal. Copying was a great idea but the problem persisted.  I've put in a bug report I guess we'll see what happens.
