5e monthly game of classic adventure looking for 1-2 new players

A group of veteran gamers is looking for one or two new players.  Game is monthly, from ~6:30 to 11:30 PM EST time on a Saturday. Next game is August 28.  We are old school players playing an old school adventure using 5e. Over Roll20. There are a few house rules, including some slightly beneficial to human characters (but no variant human). Your character will start at level 1. Party lacks a rogue or wizard, so please keep that in mind. Non-PHB options allowed, with DM approval (this also includes a few PHB options).  If you are interested, please briefly post your RPG experience and what sort of character you would like to play. 

I played up to level 6 in descent into Avernus before covid and played several adventures in 5e with the same crew.. so about 2 years worth of 5e..prior to that played pathfinder 2e and 1e and some dnd 3.5. i am generally easy going but can get some craziness. Also favor splitting up gold after adventure so everyone feels like they earned. If someone misses a session for whatever reason dont expect a share. As for character i kinda want to go back to my character that is currently in avernus,a bladesinger.if that isnt an option and you don't mind me being.. creative id try an indigo bunting kenku rogue. (Though gonna be learning kenku.)
