Hi Scotty, I'm really sorry to hear that this is the case, I just tested this on a couple of accounts, and they all seem to have worked for me. Would you be able to describe the exact steps you took in order to create this game, so that I can try and reproduce it? Thanks!

I clicked My Games, then +Create New Game then I chose The Wild Beyond the Witchlight module, gave it a name and tags then chose the 5e character sheet and clicked I'm Ready, Create Game.

I just went through those steps again, only this time the character sheet was already selected and when I hit I'm Ready Create Game I got a message saying it was adding the module and now everything is there. The original 2 games I created earlier are still blank.
