Kobold Press put out a promo today to giveaway their Midgard Sagas adventures for free! I got it but when I go to my world and try to add it through the Game Addons it gets stuck on "including Add-On" and never actually completes adding it to the game. I know I am not the only one with this issue as others were talking about it in the KP discord group.

Same for me, in the network tab of the browser developer console a 403 forbidden error shows up.
