Add a media manager with dynamic links for all games

This comes as a two prong request: 1. A media manager that is outside of the games where I can add/remove and organize art assets. It is exhausting to try and keep things organized with the current setup, especially if you are adding things on the fly for awhile and try to go back and add it. 2. Make the library dynamic, so if you move a piece of art somewhere it doesn't break the art asset in the game/map area
