Assign Journal folders to players

It would be great if DMs could assign specific folders to players. Players would then be able to freely add new handouts, possibly even drag entries from the compendium, and maybe even create new character sheets, automatically assigned to them. Right now, if a player wants to take notes, create a separate sheet for a familiar or companion, or have a handout with an item, they have to ask the DM to make one for them, or do so off Roll20. Most games I have played in each player has their own folder anyway, where the DM puts their character sheet along with magic items, pets, etc.
