Its not exactly clear what I can type in, and how it will interact. So for example, how would I add a buff that gives a +2 to strength, or perception, or both.  Thanks in advance!

What sheet are you using? for my games, we use PF community which is really easy :D Click on set buffs then the little plus (+) button to add buffs... then click on Buff 1 or Buff 2 or how many you have, then full out the select one from bonus etc
