My Library, Image Storage & Copyright

Hi Roll20 Team, Question: I have materials such as maps and character art that I have purchased directly from artists or on sites such as RPGDrivethru. I would like to use this art for my own games but had a question about the "My Library" storage on Roll20. When those images are stored in My Library does Roll20 have access and/or use those images? In another case, a friend of mine is willing to make a few pieces of art for my game, but he wouldn't want that to be used by Roll20 if I upload it for the game.
