Contact with Roll20 staff

Good morning, I have a situation, I am a content creator and my roll20 contact seems to no longer exist. His mail is out of service, we haven't spoken for a few months, but we always did things together and now I don't know how to continue, since no one informed me unfortunately. Could you help me, send a ticket in the press section, because I did not know where to send it really. The last time this happened a few years ago it took them months to get back to me.
Any help I will be very grateful. Finish the week well.

I suggest using the Help Center and Send a Request to get the Roll20 staff in the loop. 
It is the first thing I did but knowing the slow response times I was looking for a new result
