Question about how long it takes until a character sheet is available to be used after it is accepted?

Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere, and I didn't read it. Specifically, I would like to use the character sheet MarvelSH for my campaign. I see it posted in github, and it looks like it is on the approved list. But when I go to my campaign settings, it is not listed as a choice in the pull-down. I'm only a subscriber and not a mentor, I don't know if that would have anything to do with it?

I'm not sure how quickly new sheets get processed. As far as I've experienced, existing sheets get updated in sync with the pull request being merged. FWIW, MarvelSH was added to approved.yaml 3 days ago. (That said, Psi-Punk was approved at the same time, and is already showing. It's possible there's an issue with the sheet that's preventing it from popping up despite being approoved, I don't know.)

I can't figure this one out either. Chris G. has said he's been working on getting the BFRPG sheet he created into Github for 2 weeks. It's still not showing up either. I keep checking because I wanted to use it for a new campaign this week, but nothing is showing up. (?) Riley said he approved the latest batch on Monday and that he would be approving them on probably every Monday.

Another batch of pulls was done last night/early this morning. I'm not sure what would prevent it from not showing up, unless the yaml wasn't updated.

Not sure. The sheet is still not showing up on my campaign. I checked the update approved yaml , and it's on there from a couple days back.

I'm pretty sure the issue stopping the Marvel sheet from showing up is that Roll20 is case sensitive. The "Sheet.json" file in the MarvelSH folder needs to be renamed to "sheet.json". As soon as that's done, it looks like everything should work fine. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to get that done. Hopefully someone smarter than me can figure it out :)

I went to GITHUB and renamed it to sheet.json Once the admins approve the change we'll see if that resolves it.
