...I'm new here, kinda rusty, and I have no idea what I'm doing. LOOKING FOR - Long form, in depth and immersive campaign - Serious (but not necessarily humourless) roleplay - Strong emphasis on character development and worldbulding - Small (~3-6 players), friendly, collaborative and dedicated group - Weekly or biweekly play - A start time that is broadly GMT friendly. Currently I don't mind if it starts at midnight and goes into the small hours, but don't expect me to wake up at 3am to start - Start need not be immediate. Want to get players together early for a campaign that might take a few months to kick off? I actually prefer the extended prep and get-to-know time - Preference for a city-based fantasy setting, but not limiting my options YOU GET - 20+ years experienced, mature, character-driven roleplayer capable of regular attendance and long term dedication - Familiarity with D&D 3.5e and WoD systems, and theoretical (i.e. no actual play experience) knowledge of D&D 5e - Willingness to learn just about any other system for the right campaign - ...any setting too, published or homebrew - Fine with mature and dark content (given that it is handled with actual maturity) - Morally complex (or just downright evil) characters, without them being uncooperative loner edgelords - Preference for rogue/mage/cleric archetypes, but flexible - Will read your 20 page worldbuilding document and probably come back with notes and questions - A philosophy of collaboratively assisting everyone at the table to tell their story - Flexiblilty with campaign level and scale. Small town intrigue, cosmos shattering epic war, anything in between, don't care - A complete absence of references to Critical Role
