Quick bar cantrip not calling for 5E OGL Character sheet

Hi there Trying to debug/fix the following, any tips appreciated: 1) I have a 5e OGL Character sheet - character is a warlock with eldritch blast.  The spell had been deleted and readded to the character sheet a few times and now no longer rolls normally from the summary character sheet.  It puts a blank line into the chat 2) I tried to delete and re-add the spell.  It shows up in the spell list and appears in the quick attack area in the middle of the character sheet - but when it is dragged down into the quick bar, it doesnt work any tips appreciated!

Not sure if this is the issue, but I've encountered a bug before where the ordering gets wonky with repeating roll buttons.  Try clicking on the lock button in the section, and moving eldritch blast down. That might trigger the sheetworkers to recalculate or reorder themselves or whatever they do. If it works then you should be able to move it back to whatever position you want. 

Also two quick clarifications: you are using the 'D&D 5E by Roll20' character sheet, right? Are you using any scripts? I am using The Aaron's new version of APIHeartbeat, and I know that interferes with the ability to drag macros to/from the macrobar while it's running. (So whenever I have to adjust the placement of macros on the bar, I just temporarily disable the script.) Other scripts may cause interference as well.
