Notification of My Own Message, Can't Disable?

roll20 just emailed me a "daily summary of notifications". The summary included a single item which was a post from me. I have never received this before and absolutely I do not want to be notified of my own posts. The message says that to change my notifications I should follow a link to my account page but I went there and see no way to disable this. How do I turn it off?

It is there under Preferences, https://app.roll20.net/account/ Your only choice is to disable all email notifications, there is not a setting to ignore only-your-own. I just delete the email, myself, or set up an email filter to move it to Gaming Inbox and skip your main email inbox. A plan was documented by Riley Dutton 7 years ago to improve Site Notifications functionality. Add your Comments and vote +1 there to try to raise this back onto Roll20's radar if you agree this would help, https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/1239613/overhaul-site-notifications
Thanks for getting back to me. I do find it helpful to be notified when someone messages me, the problem is not so much being notified of my own messages but rather that I do not want to receive a daily digest. I don't remember ever receiving one before today so it appears to me that something has changed. I will see if I can tweak my spam filters to catch the one thing and not the other.
