Hail fellow adventurers! A little about myself; my name is Adam, I am 33 and I started my D&D quest in 2018 when I had to leave my beloved improve acting class I was attending for fun (that turned into somewhat of an addiction) and after leaving I was introduced to this wonderful story telling game and fell deeply in love with it and soon after I was introduced to Critical Roll then it was pretty much over from there. I am also attempting to start my voice over career from home using my professional quality home studio that doubles as my dungeon studio… studio dungeon? I dunno I’m workshopping it. With that being said my luck finding a group I mesh well with has been difficult not because all of the groups I found were bad but that my expectations for a group are much higher than a lot of other peoples it seems. I understand it may come off as arrogant and somewhat diva-ish but I would love to find a group with fellow thespians that take their characters and their rolls seriously (I understand how ironic that sounds since this is a GAME played for FUN) and with people who are actually good at role playing/ acting. I understand that not everyone is a Matt Mercer or Laura Bailey but I would just absolutely love to be apart of an “acting troupe” that plays D&D to exercise our collective story telling skills. I would like to find an exceptional DM (even if I have to pay a pro) and have a total of 5-6 adventurers.
