[Technical Issue]

We are using a system that benefits heavily from the feature where you can pick up your token and right click to measure while you move. However, some of my players their movements are inverted and I don't know what setting is causing this. Does anyone know how to fix this?//////

Can you explain what that means: "Movements are inverted"?
When they go to move their token they will move the mouse down but the token will move up. This only happens when trying to use the measuring as well as movement, regular movement works fine.
They are using third party extensions that are messing with the UI.

Does panning work correctly? Do they possibly have the panning (hand) tool selected instead of the arrow? Are they using a supported browser (Chrome/FIrefox)? Do they get the same issue in a private browsing window? I've never see this behavior reported before. That's weird.
They have no extensions on, are on google chrome and panning works fine. If they are zoomed all the way out the movement works fine. It looks like when they try to move the screen is trying to pan at the same time as they are trying to move.
Figured out the problem.... They where holding down the right click while moving causing the screen to pan at the same time.

Ah, that would do it. Glad you figured it out, and thanks for posting the solution so that others searching for an answer to similar problems can find one.
