Fog of War in Icewind Dale RotFM Module

Hi folks, First post, and I'm new to the Roll20 forums. Sorry if this has been posted somewhere else already. I'm unable to get the Fog of War to function properly within the Rime of the Frostmaiden module. I'm specifically on the Duergar Outpost page. No amount of Hiding Areas, Revealing Areas, or Resetting Fog will make the fog of war behave properly. I'm also noticing that NPC/Monster nameplates are showing for players more than they should be. Has anyone else experienced this? Any thoughts or tip? Thank you!

1. It is a known and longstanding bug that the Fog of War "Reveal Areas" tool will often incorrectly hide areas instead. (As an aside, it would be lovely to get some attention on this bug -- many of us use Fog of War, even those of us who also have access to Dynamic Lighting.) Usually a bit of toggling will get Reveal Areas to work for me eventually. Polygon Reveal is more reliable. 2. To hide a token's nameplate from players, double click on the token to open Token Settings. Then, hover over the button with three vertical dots to the right of the word "General" and make sure "Player Permissions"/"See" is unchecked. This will hide the nameplate from players while leaving it visible to you as the GM. Somewhat more intuitively, hovering over the button with three vertical dots to the right of Bar 1 will bring up permissions for Bar 1, and similarly for Bars 2 and 3. There! A perfectly ordinary guard. Nothing to see here.
