Accessing API Settings

I'm trying to add some custom scripts to one f my games but the option to enable APIs isn't there, am I missing something?

API access is a Pro subscription perk. Is the game you are trying this on owned by a user with a Pro account? Only the game owner/creator needs Pro, so any promoted GMs can still use/access them. EDIT - I swear there wasn't a Pro tag on your username when I commented lol
Here is the Roll20 Wiki on API usage . Just to clarify - you would install API scripts outside  of the game from the main game page by clicking on the 'API Scripts' button in the Settings dropdown menu.

Thanks everyone, just got premium and started messing around with APIs like groupini and monsterhitdice. GOnna make setting up encounters super easy and fast.

If you are using group init with the 5e by roll20 sheet you will need to setup different settings than it comes shipped with cause the tie breaker in the group init api and the tie breaker on the sheets conflict with each other.  Also don't be one of those evil DM's who use bar 3 for hp with monsterhitdice hehe.
