Every spell asking to cast at what level, all the way up to level 9

I'm playing a Humblewood (Dnd 5e) game with a Community cleric at level 1. For some reason in this game, every spell that has an option to cast at a higher level is asking what level to cast it at, all the way up to level 9. I've never had this issue with spellcasters, and it's functioned properly for higher level characters before. How do I get this to stop?
The behavior you describe is the way the D&D 5e by Roll20 sheet has always worked for me; spells that can be cast at higher level always give players the choice of level ranging from the base spell level to level 9. So far my own players have never abused this feature, just like (as far as I know) they have never picked up a few extra dice for rolling damage in an in-person game. I'm curious how you got a level-limitation on variable-level spells before.
If that's the case I have no idea how I got level limitation working before. I'm not knowledgeable on Roll20's UI. I always use the Charactermancer because it makes it easier for me (even though I've had to do some juryrigging to fix its mistakes before).
