Are you the Creator or DM / GM of the game or a player?  I suggest logging into Roll20 with an Incognito or Private browser to eliminate any extensions, etc., and see if it helps.  There should be other helpful types along shortly.  Otherwise, you should use the Help Center and Send a request to get Roll20 staff attention and a ticket to track your issue. It’s mostly community help here.
