[LFG][DnD][5e][18+] Two new players looking for a game that doesn't require voice/video. Any platform.

I started playing DnD a couple years ago but haven't really done much until now; I've gotten ahold of the rules of the game, but I've a friend who's completely new and wants to learn to play DnD. I was wondering if we could join a campaign where we don't need to join a voice/video call, and preferably don't automate the game (Without the Avrae discord bot, for example).

Ignore them - they apparently haven't come across the concept of a text-based D&D game or don't understand why they are so popular! I hope you find an awesome game very soon!

Besides, how can you mime it when there's no video. ;) Player U, I run text only, and would be willing to run a short game some weeknight to help teach some new people. No openings in my regular games at the moment, though. I'm Pacific Time and working, so Mon-Thu evening at 6 or 6:30 is about all I can do. PM Me if that's of possible interest. Fair warning... I tend to emphasize RP over Combat, but I'll still make some fun fights for you guys.

Hello! Yeah I think I got something for you you guys, a play-by-post RPG set in a post apocalyptic sci fi setting. Game is still in its infancy, haven't gotten past Character Creation yet as we're still waiting to fill out the slots ( 3/5 so far) but with you guys we should be able to get the ball rolling pretty quick. That is if you find the game is something you want to play. We're using a system called Z-Land as its pretty rules light but makes for deadly gameplay. Realism and survival are important aspects of this game. Deal with exposure, hunger, thirst, and sleep. The other players are new to the system as well so you won't feel out of place.
