That's what I've been thinking about. How do I make the table display their stats so they're updated whenever player changes something in their character sheet? I was looking through the tutorials, but it didn't help

Are you asking about a rollable table? They are static and cant include attribute calls or any kind of dynamic content.

Do you just want something that outputs a characters stats in chat?  It will depend on what game you are playing and which character sheet you are using.  Here is an example for NPCs on the’D&D 5E by Roll20’ sheet.
