Long ago, this was largely true, but once the huge spike in membership occurred during the Pandemic, the official help has moved to the Help Center, since the forum became unwieldy for such use. It's much more efficient, and assures that your issue gets tracked. All of the official "Help" buttons should link there , whereas they used to link here. The forum name has never been changed (though it has been suggested). People are not always clear on what is a bug, what is a known issue with workarounds, or if they just have a misunderstanding of a feature, or if they just need assistance figuring a feature out. There's a ton of community helpers, and that's where this forum comes in handy.
