PDF upload broken after first use

I uploaded a PDF for use using the new feature which worked fine, but on trying to share that PDF in another campaign or upload any more I get the message "Unable to read or set data from server. There may be a problem with your session. Try reloading the page to fix this issue. If you are persistently receiving this error, please contact your ISP for support."  I have tried this on Firefox and Chrome.
