Weird Image Distortion/Infrared spots

I'm not sure what's causing this. I've tried saving several different file types for the same images and it keeps adding this weird hyper-exposed type of distortion on it. This is happening with any image I upload into it and place within the maps. Any ideas? Edit: Looks like it's only an issue when I move the image to "Map and Background" layer. Considering how its a map image I want to add, I need it to go there. :( Edit 2: I duplicated another layer and it seemed to resolve, but when its a new layer, it does that weird thing. Hi ThyKingCrow! This looks to be a problem that has been reported with some dynamic lighting setups that use tinted light. In my experience, tinted light is a quirky feature at best and should be used in great moderation (especially don't overlap with any other tinted light sources.) Reportedly, you can also reduce the effect by limiting tinted light to dim light sources only.
Dynamic lighting is off for those maps.

Weird. Have you checked the images for tinting? What format were they before uploading? I know I have seen this exact issue before, but usually, DL tinted light has reportedly been the culprit.
