Owner and other GM can't edit my macros

Hello, So basically I'm doing the macro stuff and so on for a future campaign but I'm not the owner of the game. But when someone wants to help me with it they can't because  they can't edit mines and I also   can't edit theirs. (+ should'nt they be able to see them even if I didn't put the "Visible to all players" as they're GM and not players ?) I have another question, are the " Show in Macro Bar " not universal ? Like, shouldn't everyone be able to see them ? Because when I check the box " Show in macro quick bar " in the " Collection " everything is fine, everybody can see it. But when I do it from the caracter sheet they can't, they have to check it themselves. (+ sometimes it appears twice for the same character ??) It might be normal but it's a total nonsense to me. Thank you for your answers !

IIRC, Ability macros (those on a character sheet) can be edited by anyone with access.  Collection tab Macros are personal to the user, can only be edited by the user.  If trying to troubleshoot a macro, I suggest moving it to Ability macro so everyone involved can see it.  As for everyone seeing macros, they have to enable macros on their controls as well. For Ability macros (character sheet) they have to have control of the sheet, and as above, enable the macro bar.  Regarding showing up twice, could you provide a screenshot of that, and the settings?
Okay, thank you for your answer !  I still don't understand why we couldn't be able to edit others macros but at least I know that is not a bug. I'll send a screenshot if it happens again. Thanks for the tips !

That’s why using a Macro Mule is recommended. For example, all my Condition macros are in a Macro Mule entry named “C” (for condition) in all my 13th Age games.
