Problem uploading PDF file to game journal

So, Monday( 8/22), I tried to upload 2 PDF files into one of my games.&nbsp; The first, about 156K, went smoothly.&nbsp; And, I was able to add it to a second game without uploading again.&nbsp; Yay! The second, not so much.&nbsp; The file is larger, about 2.5 MB.&nbsp; The upload went fine, but its STILL( over 5 days later! )&nbsp; "Being Processed".&nbsp; Clearly, the problem shouldn't be about size, since it's well under the 100MB preferred max size. Hi Marc! This might be more effectively handled by gathering a&nbsp; Console Log ( Chrome ,&nbsp; Firefox ) and filing a&nbsp; Help Center Request . The PDF can't be opened, even after re-starting the game? (There was an early bug that required a reload for some PDFs).

Thanks Keith.&nbsp; I filled in a help center request, and attached what I hope is a console log of trying to open the handout.&nbsp; There weren't many messages.
