My Vault Import Error

I'm having a problem to import a character from the campaigns where I'm the GM to My Vault. First of all, I realized that there are duplicate campaigns, i.e., two campaigns with the same name. When I click in one of them to show me the list of characters to import I get the following error message: "The servers sem to be down or not responding. Please try again. If you continue to receive this error, contact support." In the settings of the campaings the option to players import their own characters is selected. You have (had, I deleted them) two Characters with no name in both of your campaigns. Apparently a Character with no name will cause the Character Vault to spit an error out. Your campaigns should come up normally in the Character Vault now, if they do not please let me know. I have filed a bug report with the Devs but in the meantime you shouldn't have character with no name.

Thank you, Gauss. It's working now. But I'm still wondering why there is duplicated campaigns listed in the Vault.

Have you ever had any duplicates of your campaign? It might be a duplicate that is now deleted. I will bring it up with the Devs.

Some time ago I made some copies of these campaigns, but I deleted them. Anyway, they should be shown with the "Copy" term in the end of the name, don't they?
