For some reason only some of the tokens are showing names/HP bars and not others and I have no idea why. Here's a screenshot of what I see https://i.imgur.com/KptYjqS.png And here's the same screenshot from player view https://i.imgur.com/UlFkFGC.png For some reason, Lady's, Laney's, and Joe's tokens aren't displaying nameplates or health bars and I can't figure out how to fix this. Edit: Also I just noticed they can see Brita von Bonnes's health value and I don't know how to fix that either, they shouldn't be seeing that.

When you set up a token click the "3 dots" in various places on the token edit window. "See" means player sees it, even if they do not control the token. "edit" means only those who can control it see it. Additionally, there is a checkbox for names. So for a player to see the name when they do not control the token they need the nameplate "See" to be checked (to the right of "General") and the "Nameplate" checkbox needs to be checked.
You can also set up token defaults in the game's Default Settings configuration page, but I think this only applies to new tokens created after the setting is adjusted. I use this one for defining default monster/NPC tokens appearance.

You can make that apply to ALL tokens currently in the game by doing this: 1) Enter the game 2) Go to the My Settings tab (top right corner of the game) 3) Go to Miscellaneous 4) click on Apply Default Settings 5) Checkmark the things you want applied 6) Hit apply.

Make sure it finishes. 2) this will affect all new tokens and tokens on the board. It will not change saved default tokens. This is intentional. In D&D terms, think of it as the settings are a general rule, and a saved default is a specific rule.
