Removing names on npc tokens

I'm trying to remove the names on tokens laid out on each of the levels. This is a purchased module and everything I seem to do makes it that it re-appears after I remove it. Any help would be appreciated

Any help would be appreciated  Are you saving the token to the character? Any token you alter without saving it to the character will not change future tokens you create using the character. 

Are you using any scripts, especially one like Aura/Tint Healthcolors? That one automatically restores token names if you have that setting on in the config.
