Looking it over, you cannot in the sheet itself. My suggestions: 1) Talk to the author(s) of the sheet and request it. 2) Make macros using the base templates in the sheet. Add /w GM to them. To do that: click on the icon to roll normally. Then click the chat box in the Chat Tab. Hit the up arrow on your keyboard. Copy the text in the chat box. Create a macro (in the Attributes & Abilities tab for the character sheet or in the Collections tab). Paste the text there. Add /w GM to it the front of the macro. Note: You may have to make other alterations, such as changing the character name, etc.
