In an audacious bid for power, the Cult of the Dragon, along with its dragon allies and the Red Wizards of Thay, seek to bring Tiamat from her prison in the Nine Hells to Faerun. To this end, they are sweeping from town to town, laying waste to all those who oppose them and gathering a hoard of riches for their dread queen. The threat of annihilation has become so dire that groups as disparate as the Harpers and Zhentarim are banding together in the fight against the cult. Never before has the need for heroes been so desperate. A campaign that will bring the adventurers from level 1 to level 7 - we can continue all the way to Rise of Tiamat if the group desires, but for sure we will complete HOTDQ New and experienced players are welcome! How to prepare Players will need a mic, a discord and a roll20 account. Camara is optional in case the players want to stream the games. Rules will be explained during the session. What I provide I will bring the campaign in Roll20. I am planning on ordering commissions towards the end of the campaign for the characters that finish the campaign. Gameplay details We will be in contact before the adventure to make sure we set the expectations on what are the things the players do not want to have in the campaign. How will character creation work Players will create their characters through DnD Beyond using the Players Handbook, Xanathars Guide to Everything and Tashas Cauldron of Everything book. I can assist in the character creation. Players should use the Standard Array when making characters.
