Keyboard shortcuts should probably work with capslock enabled

I, uh, just discovered that keyboard shortcuts in the VTT interface don't work when you have capslock enabled. I reported it, but I guess it's intentional and not a bug, and I was told to post it here in the hopes that enough people would get annoyed by it that we could get this in front of the dev team. I, for one, think it would be nice if the keyboard shortcut detection would detect both lowercase vs and uppercase Vs when I attempt to copy and paste! If you agree, lend me your upvotes! I know this is not exactly game-breaking, but this should  also be a much faster and less-disruptive fix than most of the new features that lurk around these parts.
