Player are unable to see any nameplate or bars of each other or NPCs/monsters

I submitted tickets but never got any response from the devs. For some reason none of my players are able to see each others names, the bars above or anything on monsters or npcs alike. I am not sure if I changed a setting by accident but everything is set to "SEE" and "EDIT" permissions so I am unsure what is causing the issue.  Any help would be great

Hi matthew! Some things to try: Using a  Dummy Account  to verify what players are seeing. Verify that you are setting viewing permissions per token, and that those tokens are assigned to character, and that those characters are controlled by players. If you are setting these setting on the campaign settings page, for instance, they may have no relevance to the actual tokens already in play. Screenshots of settings always help.
Can confirm, I'm having the same issues. I have the checkbox enabled to be able to see and edit for all 3 bars and nameplates, but they are not visible. The only way for the players to be able to see them if they have control of the character handout attached to it, or in the case of a generic token, if that player is assigned  to it. I've been running this game since shortly after Covid lockdowns started, and the players have been able to see those bars on tokens they do not control up until out last session about a month or so ago. What's the point of a check box for players to see a bar (as a GM only settable option) if it doesn't allow them to see the bar? I thought that maybe cookies or other data might be causing this issue, so I did clear cookies and other browsing data (Chrome), with no change. Checked in Firefox, no change.

Adam, could you send me an invite? I'd like to come take a look, see if I can figure out what might be happening.
Invite link sent.
im also having the exact same issue as described by Adam K. it started a couple of months ago at the same time as HP bars changed from being rectangles to having rounded corners. If there was a solution to this do please post it here so i can figure out whats going wrong
ah nvm, for me it was a issue caused by having fog of war enabled at the same time as dynamic lightning, having dynamic lighting overrode fog of war so there was no other issue and with fog of war disabled it was fixed
@gukaf So having fog of war and dynamic lighting causes the issue? Why cant you have both. That seems like what they were designed for in dungeon settings where you dont want players to see the whole map but want them to see where they have been

There is a different FoW-like system called Permanent Darkness for use with DL.

I think this was part of the problem as most of my maps had both enabled. The other issue was resolved if I deleted the tokens and re-dragged them to the board and manually set the permissions again.  I usually have the character tokens on a load page with their proper settings for Dark vision, torches, nameplates and Bars but if I copy and paste them  to another page, it doesnt seem to transfer or at least not 100% correctly each time. Any suggestions on what I can do?
