Token Menu Doesn't Have Health Bar Option

Hi all, I've looked into how to setup the health bar on tokens and made it work in a dummy game of mine. However, once I log into our group game (where I'm a player), here's what my menu looks like: I don't have the required options to set it up. Does the DM need to enable some token options for the players or something?

Hi Mathiue! The setup of token linking is indeed performed by the GM. To grant it to players could lead to any number of unexpected behaviors.
Meaning the GM will have to be the one to setup the health bar? Will he have to do it manually for each player? Or is there a general setting for this? I'm glad to read the doc if it's already described somewhere but while i've found how to make it work once don't think I've seen how to make it generalized across all player tokens.

I use a Macro that calls the TokenMod Mod to setup PC tokens, and another Macro to setup NPC tokens correctly. Then I save them as the Default Token.

Regarding Mathieu L.'s question: yes - the GM will have to set it up. It is normally done automatically for NPCs (in purchased modules or if you drop them from a compendium) and for the player tokens it's a small manual effort (like the GM has to do it for dynamic lighting). The Mod referred to by Andrew R. is a great way of automating it.
Alright perfect, I just wanted to be sure that having the GM do it manually for each player was the right way to do it even though it is indeed a small effort. Maybe there was a way of setting all tokens this way automatically or something. Thanks
The only tokens it can be done automatically for are Compendium drops.  The Campaign Settings for a given game can call out default linkages for the token bars (among other things), but, again, this will only affect Compendium drops after the setting change has been made.
