I was trying to upload a map of faerun but it froze every time. When I googled the max upload size roll20 said 10mb for free users which the file was below but it still didn't work.
If it's the same one that I uploaded a while ago (6.2mb) I also had trouble with it. Gave up after several tries, then tried again several hours later and it worked. I never found out if the issue was with Roll20, my ISP, or my connection, though I suspect it was one of the the last two.

Hi Axel! How close are you to your storage quota maximum? Was there enough left to account for a 10 MB file?
