Having problems opening my games when I'm not on a VPN

 the site itself opens easily but the problem starts when I click launch game, I get the loading screen and it doesn't progress from there, but as soon as I activate my VPN it instantly puts me in the game, If I deactivate my VPN after that it gives me a connection lost message at the top left corner, And this only started happening about a week or so ago  I tried deleting cash and cookies, I tried removing the VPN all together, It's the same on internet explorer, firefox, and chrome, I even tried on my phone and it's still not opening up until I activate a VPN

Hi Goobee! This is interesting, in that there is a thread dedicated to lag and connection issues linked to VPN usage that recommends turning it off. If you are having problems in either direction, it might be good to post there, and to also gather a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ) and file a  Help Center Request . That will get more dev attention than a forum post.
