Sheet Help?

I don't know where to start or if this is the right place for it but I've got a game in beta testing that I'd like to try getting onto R20. Could anyone help? 

This is definitely the right forum for asking sheet questions. What sort of help are you looking for? If you're looking for someone to build the sheet for you, I'd recommend posting in the sheet request thread and/or giving more information about what exactly your system needs and what you can offer in return for the sheet being built. If you're looking to build the sheet yourself, what sort of programming experience do you have? If you know html, css, and javascript then I'd recommend reading through the building character sheets wiki pages and asking detailed questions on this forum. We're always happy to help new authors figure out the eccentricities of the Roll20 environment.

Most likely I'd be looking to have someone build it for me though I wouldn't mind someone helping me and letting me learn and do the work. Thank you. 

Bear in mind, building a sheet can easily take months especifically for beginners. The first thing to do would be to check Roll20's official repo to see if the system already exists, or if there is a sheet that is similar to one you want that you can grab and modify. If you are building or modifying a sheet, check out the wiki and my site focussed on that for help.  If you have questions about any specific thing you are attemtping, post in this forum and we'll help out.
