Broken fonts on chat archive now

Hi. I run a RPG team with Korean players, using Korean, and I found that the logs on our team's chat archive - which was perfectly fine log in Korean - turned into some non-readable, broken fonts, like "DM (GM):챗 아카이브 기록 테스트." Is it just me or something happened to all non-English language chat logs? Can we solve it?

Nt sure what do you mean by, and how could I "post the result withoutnthe IP address." Campaign name is "Wolftime"

The support details website gives a report of some of your system settings. One of those settings is your IP address. Due to security reasons we do not want the IP address. We would like everything else though.&nbsp; - Gauss
