Problem with audio for some time

Hi all, Last month me and my group came in for a game and none of us was able to get the audio working. We just resorted to use another application to handle a group call. We assumed that there was an update or some temporary issue. But tonight we're trying and we have the same problem. No audio. I also notice that when joining the came, I don't get a pop up asking me to authorize the audio or anything, and it used to always show up before. Did anything change in default settings that we need to change back or something? Or does anyone else have the same problem?

Hello Mathieu -- are you the GM? Do you know if you're using Integrated Voice & Video? 
Hi Bianca, Sorry for the late response. I haven't played in many weeks and didn't see your message. I am not the GM. I don't know what Integrated Voice & Video. However we used to have no issue with using the audio from the Roll20 game to communicate.
