The Next sheet gives the correct proficiency bonus for the playtest ruleset. The Next sheet is not compatible with the full 5e release ruleset . If thats the ruleset you are using you should be using the 5e sheet instead. Someone had checked in a change to the proficiency bonus last month that changed the Next sheet to update it to the 5e ruleset and I only noticed last week. This should not have happened so i changed it back to the playtest rules...for which the sheet was designed to be used with
