Hello! I'm putting feelers out there for my fiance who is a forever DM and wants to get to be a player. It will be easiest for me to list his wants/expectations for a group he would like to become a part of. Does NOT want to be involved in a server of dozens or even hundress of people. Group of roughly 5 players give or take. Wants to be in a game that is pretty by-the-books DnD, but homebrew world building and stories are fine (as opposed to a module). He would like a game that sticks to a standard kind of fantasy setting in some way, not based upon other media, etc. Lives in GMT timezone, so doesn't want anything extremely late in the evening as it would be a little late over in the US, for example. Available Mon Tue Fri any time, and Sunday evenings GMT. Wants to play on Roll20 (maps, dice rolling, character sheets). Uses Discord for audio and notes about the game and general communication between players. Not looking for paid games. Some stuff about him, he is an adult (32) and has been running DnD for about 7 years or so. He is totally happy with playing with new players, is both willing to help a DM if they need it while also not wanting to backseat DM or boss anyone around.
