A player recently quit the campaign, but for some reason, his user name keeps showing in the lower left corner f the screen, I can't seem to find a way to remove it. Help?

Assuming you have kicked him out of the game (on the campaign details page) or he has quit the game my guess is that he is ghosting, It is a recently reported bug that is being looked at.  - Gauss
