Acolyte Only

I noticed I was only able to use Acolyte, then later on there were a few other things that were blocked to me, I looked around and realized I needed to purchase from roll20, that's fine.  I did.  Got the Pro Version.  Deleted the game, started a brand new game and tried to make the Character again.  No luck.  Still stuck at Acolyte only.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks all.
Did you buy the player's handbook or only get a pro sub?
Are you using the charactermancer? If so, you're stuck using what is available in the SRD and any books you purchase or are available from the GM via compendium sharing. If you don't use the charactermancer, you can copy and paste or just type in the information manually without any problem.

Timothy, I suggest checking out the Roll20 Refund Policy . A Pro subscription enables Roll20 features, not DnD features and I feel you may have purchased a Pro subscription for the wrong reason. You have 15 days from the time you purchased the subscription to request a refund so do it soon if you plan on doing so. To enable DnD features in the Charactermancer and Compendium you need either a DM that shares the books with you or to buy the books on Roll20. Here is a link to the Player Bundle on the marketplace.  Alternately, you can manually input the information into a character sheet if you have the books another way, such as hard copies.

Hi Timothy! Based on your wording: " Got the Pro Version", it sounds like you became a paid subscriber. That is different from purchasing a compendium source. While the Pro level does grant you some extra generic content, it's more about giving you enhanced abilities and storage. To get the basic classes, etc. of D&D, you need to purchase a compendium source such as the Players Handbook. Not everyone plays D&D, so subscription level doesn't really give content. If you feel that you have subscribed in error, I would suggest filing a  Help Center Request  and explain the situation.
Thanks all, You were all correct (as I'm sure you knew when you were giving me your helpful answers).  My assumption was in fact that if I went pro that I would get all D&D content.  Firstly thank you for your help.  I have decided to invest in some D&D content and am saving p to get some VTM content as well.  Secondly thank you all for not making me feel like an idiot as I'm sure this was an issue plain as day for those used to digital format experiences.  This is a very helpful community.
