Character sheet bug in Call of Cthulhu

I posted this issue up in the Character sheet forum in Call of Cthulhu. The game will roll skills and have 00 as a success and roll 100 as the failure. 00 is 100. I didn't get a reply up in that forum so now I am posting in here. I'm not sure the browser has anything to do with the standard sheet you provide for the game but if it does I can ask all the people in my group what they use just for argument sake. I did 1 of those 00 rolls that was a success and I use Chrome.  

Hi The Keeper, The best place to report bugs is the Help Center as the forums are primarily for users helping users. 

Rofl The forum thread said bug- the character sheet forum is about issues with it, posted in there, now I am to post 1 more place ? Well oiled machine right here. 

The Devs moved away from using the forums as a bug reporting method years ago. I agree that the forums need some relabeling as a result.  With that said, eventually your post on the Call of Cthulhu thread should get attention. My guess is that when they hit a given character sheet development cycle again they look at the thread to see what the users have been saying about it.
