I like the chat avatar feature. However, I also like to have large full body portraits of characters in the journal. As it is now the avatars that are displayed in chat are very small versions of those large full body portraits, which makes it difficult to make out the image. An evolution of this feature would be to have a separate box on the character sheet to upload or place a smaller chat avatar (a close-up of the character's face). In this way the characters would be easy to identify in chat, and character sheets would maintain the visual appeal of a large full body portrait.
