Way to Make Token Selection Handles More Visible?

Based on my initial search, I suspect the answer is no, but does anyone know if there is a way to make the light blue selection box that appears around a token when you select it easier to see.  I have constructed a puzzle where I want players to be able to rotate the different parts, but the selection handles are near impossible to see, at least for my eyes.  To be fair, my players probably have better eyesight than I do, but just from an accessibility standpoint, I thought their might be a way to make those more visible.  Thank you for any help or insight anyone can provide!
I think I may have found a solution.  I believe that part of the issue was the specific color of the background that kind of washed things out.  By adding tinting to the tokens, I was able to make them a little  easier to see.

Since you have a pro account I suggest a Mod (API script) that turns on an aura or light when the token is clicked on. I suggest asking in the Mods (API scripts) forum.
It's a bit of a hack, but the more you zoom in on the map, the larger the handles get, so if you zoom in all the way (and tell your players to do so), it will be easier to see the handles.
Most of the time I get around this by selecting the token, then holding down the "e" key which allows token rotation in 45° increments using the mouse wheel. Holding down both "e" and "alt" allows free rotation.
